Medieval Itineraries: Anonymous pilgrim Avignon-Santiago
The Inguimbertine library in Carpentras contains a 14th-century manuscript (MS451, f591) listing the itinerary of an anonymous pilgrim from Avignon to Compostela. The route is the standard one, via the Carcassonne gap, Toulouse, Ostabat and the Camino Francés.
